PostgreSQL driver not loaded

The DLL's of PostgreSQL must be found in one of the directories listed in the PATH environment variable.

On a PC where you have installed PostgreSQL server software by the One-Click-Installer, add the bin directory to the system PATH variable.

On a client PC where no PostgreSQL software is yet installed, get the PostgreSQL client package from the download section and install it.
